Default Oddball Coolant Question

I had the plenum done about 2k miles ago, I did the radiator (with a heater core flush) about 1k miles ago. And, for the past week the front end has been elevated while I had it torn apart waiting for the correct bushings. Now, I have found 3 drops of coolant, one on the floor, one on the bell housing and one on the oil pan.

So, how likely is it that the coolant was puddled somewhere and just now, because of the angle, dripped/drained? That it didn't cook off during that time?

Or, is it more likely that, yes, it's a leak?

It seems to have come down the passenger side, but for the life if me, I cannot see any puddles or leaking areas.

Possibly one of the freeze plugs is starting to leak. Unfortunately, it will be one of them that is on the back of the engine.... concealed behind the flexplate.... I.E. in order to fix it, you need to pull the motor, or drop the trans...... I have one that has been dripping every now and then for some time...... I haven't bothered to fix it yet, as, if I go to the trouble to pull the motor, I will put something else back in. (that has less than 200K miles on it......)
