Default Transmission slips between 3rd and OD

I have a 94 Dodge 1500 4x4 with a 5.9L 360. While driving down the road, sometimes my truck will not go into Overdrive. Once and awhile it will catch overdrive, then it will slip back to 3rd and will go back and forth between 3rd and OD. Any ideas? Please and thank you!

O/D solenoid. There is the TCC solenoid there as well. They are a bit further up in the trans, but, should be visible with pan/filter out of the way.

Have the bands ever been adjusted or replaced? If not, the already paper-thin bands could be on their last leg. My '97 was slipping off and on before it finally wouldn't move.
