Sweet. In those instructions it says the rear bands adjust screw is a 1/4 inch square.... Surely there has to be some 12 point socket that will fit that right?

12 points around a square? Nah, they're usually eight point sockets. Auto parts store oughta have 'em.

So I was having a look at the front band adjuster while I was getting ready to drop the pan and everything. From what I've read, the front adjuster screw is supposed to be a T-40 Torx

My front adjuster screw is totally different..


Any ideas why?

Yeah she's dirty. Thanks though, I just thought it was weird everyone else has a different adjuster screw lol
