That is the best looking conversion I've seen, but it still doesn't line up! The 4th gen bumper is just too huge. Doesn't fit the truck completely. It even looks too big on the actual 4th gens. I'm a stickler for clean lines, and things that match up correctly. It's the artist in me. Well, I can't get over how the 4th gens (both 1500 and HD) have the hood seem directly on top of the fender, not where the hood hump is. Look at our 2nd gens. You can barely tell the hood is a separate part because it fits perfectly in the lines of the fender. Stupid 4th put this gaudy line right down the middle of the fender. I can't get past it.
While I agree most of the 4th gen bumper swaps look like crap, if it's done right on a lifted 2nd gen(4th gen bumper hangs way too low unless it's on lifted truck imo) they can look really good. This guy did it right-
They were originally used for rock lights I have them there and under the truck for when I'm Off-road at night you can see where underneath you for your spotter
