Electrical problem
Have a 95 Dodge 1/2 5.2l 4x4. Thought fuel pump went out. No power to fuel pump. Have checked all fuses and relays but there is
no ground on pin 85 on relays. ASD pin #51 relay out from PCM. Could this be the problem!!! Could it be the cam or crank sensor?

welcome to DF!
swap the fuel pump relay with another relay (wiper relay is a good one, they're all the same) and see if that fixes it.
I have a shop manual and can dig into your problem a little later today... I'll post back what i find.
