Yup 98 1500 4x4 5.9 and it was a direct fit replacement

Great, just keep them greased up. When you install it make sure all nuts are very tight, as I was informed by another member and found out if they are slightly loose you will get additional play and it will wear out the joints faster. My steering box isn't in the best shape but I can still turn full lock both ways while being parked with almost no effort after I did the upgrade.
