No codes yet, when I get home I'll try and recreate the no start issue with gauge attached and see, the fuel pump is whining quite loud. May be normal but never noticed it so loud before

 

Hmmm...do you get pressure now at all? Got me wondering if it's picking up trash in the tank.

 

Okay here is the next piece to the puzzle, had a hard start issue this morning, hooked up the gauge while it was cranking trying to start. 50 psi the whole time while cranking. Only started up when I gave a little throttle. And would die if I didn't keep the rpms up. Once it warmed up it ran fine ?

 

Pull the IAC out of the back of the throttle body, clean it, and it's bore REALLY well. Leave the battery disconnected while doing so. Put it back together, hook up the battery, turn the ignition to On, count to ten, then start the motor. See if anything improves.

What brand? And did you clean the bore when you replaced it?

 

Advanced auto or some ****. and honestly no I did not clean the bore when I did it. But just to see if that was the issue I did clean the bore just now and will wait to see if it has a hard start again!

This is like a mind game hahaha

Reporting that nothing is changed at all

 

Try letting the pump prime once before turning all the way to start. if that doesn't make any difference, try stepping down just a LITTLE bit on the gas pedal before starting.
