Default Stereo

Does anyone know if there's a way to reset an after market stereo deck? My Bluetooth feature will connect with the phone but not the audio.

I would also "forget this device" and re-pair them again.

I tried that a few times and nothing changed. I disconnected a cable off the battery for a few minutes and hooked it back up and it's working again.
