Use your 94 5.2 flexplate and buy a 94 5.9 converter and your good to go. 94-95 5.2 and 5.9 share the same flexplate because they are balanced at the converter.

Not 100% sure what you're saying haha. No spacers or anything needed. You just need to buy a 94 5.9 converter to bolt to your 94 flexplate. I did the same swap on my 95

Well, since this transmission was bolted to the 5.2l and I have to reuse its flexplate. I was just going to swap the flexplates and bolt it all together.
But, I guess there is some internal differences between 5.2l torque converter and the 5.9l one. So a appropriate converter is still required.

No internal differences...it's external weights. Here's the summary. 5.2 and 3.9 are internally balanced engines. So the 3.9 and 5.2 flex plates have no weights. The torque converters only have weights to balance the converter to neutral. So balanced 5.2 + balanced flexplate + balanced converter is good. Now the 5.9 has to be externally balanced. You either balance it with a weighted flexplate or a weighted converter but not both. So you buy a 94 converter that's weighted you need to use the 5.2 neutral flexplate. If you buy a converter that's neutral you need to use the weighted 5.9 flexplate. Now lastly pretty sure you can use the 5.9l flexplate with the converter...you can line it up to where 3 of the 4 holes match. The fourth hole you have to elongate a little to make fit. It's a common mod for us 3.9 to 5.9 swappers. Or you can order a converter from patc and tell them what flexplate you have and they'llake the converter with the correct hole spacing.
