Same bolt pattern, 5x5.5 and backspace bolt right up.

There are a few people here that have them and they actually look very good with those wheels on there. They "should" bolt right up with no issues to a 4WD, but don't quote me on that.

Here's my 3rd gen 20's on my 01. Stock 275/60/20 Goodyear tire. Ram has 4" blocks in the rear, 2" Hellbent leveling kit up front. Clears with no issues what so ever, not even close to touching anything. I have test fit them on my buddy's stock sitting 00 1500 2wd ext. cab short bed and they fit good and only rubbed a tiny bit at full cut. No issues with the hub tho.

Default not working

No it doesn't work like that. It's a 2wd and my hub pushes the center cap out and still does not touch the face of the hub. Should I just get wheel spacers?

The wheel doesn't sit flat against the mounting surface? Wonder if you need to open up the center holes a bit on the wheels.... Of course, that won't fix knocking the center caps out....

Do you have unit bearings on the front? Or, do the bearings come off with the rotor?

As asked, it would help if you would take some pictures. All we can do is guess. Sorry you paid good money without trying them out first.
