Do your gauges do anything when the ignition is on? (gas gauge read right, etc.)
Do you get power at the coil, or injectors, for a few seconds when the fuel pump primes? (if it does....)

You have power at all the right spots. Could check and see if you are getting 5 volts TO the crank sensor...... just to be sure.
No power at all to coil or injectors. There is fuel in the rail. I have heard the fuel pump kick on. I jumped 30 and 87? On the PDC and the pump ran. I replaced the crank sensor a few days ago thinking that may be the issue.
Gauges work, except fuel gauge for some reason. There isnt a ton of gas in the truck but the needle doesnt move. Ses light, brake light, abs light all illuminate

Bypass the ASD relay, and see if the truck will start.

Whats the proper way to bypass it? Jumper wire or paperclip? If the truck starts then what does this signify? Bad ASD relay? Ive already swapped that relay out

I wonder if the PCM simply is not controlling the relay. Since you tried with a known good relay, and it didn't work, if the jumper works, that implies the PCM. Paperclip will work, but, a short piece of wire would be better. It's just a test, not like you are going to drive it like that.

Ok, I will give it a try tomorrow and see what happens. I will keep you posted. Thanks again!

Would be nice if we could make it back into a truck, instead of being a paperweight.

Now this is gettin' fun! I love chasin' electrons!

HeyYou: What do you think about using a test light to ground the control side of the ASD relay to get power to the coil and injectors?
The bypass works, but test light's good for momentary test.

Also, 2 other 12 volt inputs to the PCM. C1-22 is hot all the time, but:

C1-2 is 12 volts from IGN-RUN/START.

C3-12 is ASD relay output ( same as to coil and injectors.
