Default 47RE Transmission Issue

Hello all. I have issues...trans issues to be exact. I am running a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 Diesel backed with a 47RE with 232K on the dash. I had a shift isssue from 2nd to third as per a recommendation, I replaced the shift selenoid, and pressure sensor selenoid, new trans fluid +4 and filter. Now the truck wont get out of the garage. The engine revvs and it will go in gear forward and reverse, but wont move...like its slipping. Fluid level is fine and new. Could I have possibly screwed something up in the valve body when changing the selenoids? Any ideas or anyone have the same issue before? Any insight would be helpful..Thanks Guys!

Time to drop the pan again, (install a drain plug?) and make sure the sensor/solenoid are properly seated. Probably wouldn't hurt to adjust the bands while you are in there as well.

Thank you for your reply. Is there a certain position or way the sensors should facing?

Don't think it matters, so long as the seat all the way in, and the retainers actually hold them in place.

OK, so I pulled the pan down today and inspected the selenoids. I took them out and reinstalled them snuggly. I also tighten the band (thanks for the suggestion) I did notice a potential problem, the plastic clip that holds the wire on the shift selenoid broke during the first removal...is it possible to connect the black and purple wire on the wrong side of the selenoid terminals? I added a pic to show the wire connection and the selenoid position in the clip.

It really should not matter since it's just going to a solenoid (not polarity specific). But, maybe it wasn't making good contact, especially once it gets warmed up.
