Default '97 B3500 Van Headli9ght Switch

I have a 1998 Roadtrek built on a 1997 Dodge B3500 Van. Both were built in Canada. The instrument panel lights do not come on, there is no power to the 3 anp fuse slot which powers the lights. I want to install a new switch because that is where the power (and dimming) comes from when the park/headlight are turned on.
PROBLEM: I have a service manual as well as a service bulletin from Dodge describing the removal/installation procedure. Both do NOT show the correct mounting of the switch or even the correct dash panel diagrams. I am able to remove the dash panel but do not understand how to remove the switch. I have searched the web over and have been unable to find the correct instructions.
I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance,

Once the bezel is off, should just be a couple screws holding the switch in...... I think. Can you post a pic??
