46re no reverse

I just picked up a 99 ram 1500, 5.9, auto. Just had the tranny rebuilt, and all it supposedly need was the white tv cable clip. Reverse did not work because of this clip(so I was told) got the clip, and tried to adjust it, but still no reverse. Any ideas?

TV cable has nothing to do with reverse. Take it back to whomever rebuilt the trans.
