Beat on it a bit last night, still a no go. :/

 

If you aren't getting pressure, even after cycling the key a few times, and the relay is clicking...... Probably a bad pump. You could try jumping the relay, and applying power directly to the pump, see if anything happens.

 

Finally got a new pump on this afternoon, it's running like a champ now! Thank you all for the help.
