not running good at times ; misfire and chugging/shaking
1997 ram 1500 with 318. Chuggs real bad for a couple weeks then it will run fine for a week or so and then it will chug and run bad again. Shaking really kicks in around 40-50 mph range. Check engine light will blink when in 40-50 mph range when not running good. Plugs, wires, cap and rotor are good, cat convertor is good just had a new one put on about a month ago. any clue to what the problem could be? one shop I took it to says it could be electrical problem but doesn't know what. when hooked up to the scanner it brings up misfire codes on all 8 cylinders. Been doing this here and there for about 6 months now but has occurred a lot more frequently in the past month or two. Any help or ideas are appreciated, thanks!
