Finally was able to take the truck in to get the thermostat and ECT sensor (The holidays had me busy)
Turns out BOTH the thermostat and the ECT were faulty according to the mechanic.
Had a factory 195 thermostat and a factory ECT put in.
Truck now heats up more than it ever has since I got it which is great.
I just need a week with driving it around to see how it does before I post if it has fixed my problems since I know how this stuff goes. Be back soon with final results!
