Default Where can I get this part?

Sorry for my limited knowledge.
During the transmission rebuild works, the thread of the below male connector (1st photo) is damaged.
I have gone to all the local hardware stores (excluding Dodge dealers), and I couldn't find one.
Anyone knows what the part name, and what size is it?
I don't even know either it is in Metric or STD.
Below are the location (yellow arrow), and the part itself, which I removed it from the transmission body.
Thanks much for any help
Jack

It's just an adapter. Check with a plumber, that does gas lines and such. I bet they will have some laying around. (or, plumbing supply store.)

Thanks for the tip.
I think the size of this nipple is 3/8 - 1/4, but I am not sure.
Anyone knows?

Pick one up at your nearest pick and pay salvage yard off a donor vehicle.

If you can't find one locally then give these guys a call, they should have one. I don't know if they would sell just that part but it's worth a shot.

You could also ask around at local transmission shops.
