Default 01 Ram Rear Diff change

Hey guys,

I'm looking to change the fluid in my rear diff. There are so many different types of fluids and additives I don't know what is THE best. The truck is an 01 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 4x4 Vin Y.

Thanks!
Mark

For general use, 80W90, if you do a lot of towing/hauling, 75W140 synthetic, if you have the LSD rear, then you need to add the friction modifier as well. Some products come with it already in there, I think its safest to get it without, and add the correct amount. That way, you are sure it's right.
