Yeah, and the gasket is only a couple bucks. (and it looks a lot like just some thick paper....)

Think I would have a second look at the IAC as well, and make sure it is seated properly, and sealing up good.

While the throttle body is off, take a look down into the intake. See any oil pooling down there? That needs to be addressed as well. The intake manifold is, unfortunately, two pieces. A big hunk of aluminum, and a steel pan on the bottom. The gasket between them likes to blow out, giving you a massive vacuum leak, and a host of interesting performance problems. (and, sometimes, excessive oil consumption....)

The gasket that I was referring to is on the IAC.

Kinda random of it is a gasket, or o-ring.

So I checked the throttle body.... No oil pool yay, replaced the gasket that looked and was cardboard got a new air filter too. My truck started up right away and the vacuum noise was going another big yay.
new issue.... Drive truck around the block to make sure it wouldn't die. Stopped to put it in neutral to ensure not in 4x4 and saw white smoke from the passenger side front. Shut truck of and popped the hood. Nothing burnt no leaking of any sort but now truck will crank over but not start.... Ready to blow it up in at a loss. Any ideas?

Did the smoke have a smell? Anti-freeze? Oil? Brakes locked up? Did you pop the hood and see where it was coming from? Did it keep doing it while driving it home?

Didn't quite get a smell shut it off and jumped out. Seemed to come from front passenger side actually looked like my headlight area. Couldn't get it restarted to drive it home. It tried to crank over but wouldn't engage. No loss of brakes. Was really hoping was just the ignition coil blew. No water in oil either I checked right away. Thought maybe the motor pooched as to why I checked the oil.

Did you check the radiator? Is there coolant in both the reservoir and the radiator itself (take off the radiator cap to check the radiator coolant level)? If coolant is low in the radiator, check the hoses for leaks and around the water pump area - check the bypass hose and heater hoses.

Forgive my late reply... There is coolant in the overflow as well as the rad... However for a better view this is what I see. Now trying to figure out where and why it happened. To be fair it is-7 or -17 with windchill hence my hesitation to go outside and try to figure it out atm.

Looks to be coming from the rad cap, take it off and see what the rubber seal looks like.
