loose wire

Default loose wire

hi. i have a loose electrical wire that i dont know what it belongs to or where it is supposed to be plugged in. its at the front passenger side of the car under/near the washer fluid tank. thinking it may be the horn since the horn isnt working?

Is there a connector on the end of it? What color is the wire? What year is your truck?? Can you post a pic?

i did post a picture. not sure why its not showing. here it is again. its an 04 dodge stratus. there us a connector and the wires are green and wrapped in a black casing.

It looks like it had a hard day.... Was there front end damage? Foglights? Etc?

This is the second gen ram section though, (94-2001 dodge full size trucks) and I don't know squat about the Stratus... Nor do I have any documentation for it.
