Yeah that figures. I think I found some good doors but they're regular cab. Oh well. I'm gonna call this place Monday and see what all they have since its 20 miles from me..

I had the same choice on my old 98 quad cab suicide doors. I went with
patch panels. I'll know in about 5 years whether I regret this or not.

Yeah I'm not having much luck finding decent doors that are affordable so that may be the only way for me to go. How hard was it to do the patches?

Is the rust just on the outer door skin or the lower door or both? Use a good weld threw primer and epoxy primer on all other bare metal. I have to do mine and i will make sure the water doesn't get in between the seem at the bottom.

Ya know I need to look. I think its just outer door skin but I haven't really looked under the door. I sanded off the outside and re painted a couple times knowing that was just a temp fix. I got my dd hit n runned this morning so back to DD the truck. I will look next day or so...
