The posts are clean, as well as the grounds. My battery cable clamps lost their clamping power and I think from the vibration of the engine are creating electrical noise. Battery cables on this truck seem impossible to find. Dealers no longer carry the OEM cables as one piece and I would have to cut and splice all those wires and create other connection points that could cause corrosion in the future....any toughts on where I could find replacement cables??

Just my .02

You can also have some bizarre problems if you have the post that goes down into the battery coming loose.

Parts store? Rock Auto? Different cable clamps? Can you rescue your current clamps? Sleeve between clamp, and post? (not generally suggested.....)

I have adjusted the APPS set screw adjuster and road tested and no more check engine light. BUT NOW....i have a steady ABS and BRAKE light on dash. Solved one problem now created another. Road tested and brakes work fine with no issues and speedometer works. Any thoughs since I was messing with the throttle wiring?

4 wheel ABS...and after 2 days of driving it my pesky check engine light is back on. Code 0222. Before I had a code 0122. Do I have a gremlin in my wires that likes to make my lights come on?

Mine was doing the same.
Then shortly after codes 1693,1694 appeared.

It was the original transmission with about 164,000 miles.
I replaced it.
