It's possible with there's enough worn clutch material/debris plugging up passageways or spool valves in the valve body causing your issue. Do you know if the transmission has ever been rebuilt or is the 190k on the original trans? How'd the fluid look/smell when you dropped the pan?

I really don't know if it had a rebuild.
The oil looked good and smells normal. There was only a little bit mud on the ground of the pan

Update!!!

I didn't do anything.
Now the first gear goes in sometimes when I do it manually. But only sometimes. That's weird

that 'mud' on the magnet and bottom of the pan is mostly friction material. If there was a lot, there is likely some buildup in the valve body causing your issue. Although I'm also thinking if there was a lot of material in the pan and on the magnet it's probably time for a rebuild.

Sounds not good 😑.
When the engine and transmission is cold and I put it in drive it starts in the 1 gear and goes up in the 3. But only when it stands for a while

Prepare for a rebuild. Sorry. I have been through this not too long ago.

After a lot of electrical work it shifts.
The problem was the control computer. The previous owner put a wrong one in it.
Thank you guys for all your answers
