Just bought a 2000 Cummins 24v and the horn and front driver side blinker do not work when I turn the ds blinker on front and back both blink fast and when my running light are on the ds front dose not turn on and the blinker light for the ds are on all the time when my lights are on then my cruse control dose not work when that light is on and when the blinker is going something is ticking under my ds batt but I can not trace where the noise is coming from

 

Try changing the "flasher " I think it's called. .. at least to start out "cheapest first" it's a little relay that regulates tge blinkers pace should be pretty cheap and very easy to install!
