There's few things that could cause a no heat situation in your 99.

Not sure of any fuse, but check all fuses, and if all are good, try these:

1: these trucks have the heater core as the highest point in the heating system, which means air gets trapped in the heater core, and a "burp" is needed after cooling system work to remove that air. Verify that the heater hoses have water moving theought them. They should be hot to the tough when the truck isn't hot. If not, take off the return hose(driver side heater hose, might be different on the v6) and lift it up as high as you can and fill with coolant, and them put it back in the rest un as fast as you can so it doesn't run out. Then park the truck on a really steep hill, and if you can, block it and jack the front up higher, open the radiator cap(when cold), start the truck and burp it. See if you get Heat.

2: if there is not heat, or check this first, might be easier. The 98 and pre are cable operated for the blen door. The 99 and past use an electric motor for the blen door. There is a plastic piece known for breaking and not opening/closing the blen door. Look at the thread below and read through it, it should help you out some.

Hope this helps

Default Fuse

I would think if it's electrically controlled is has to get power from somewhere.
I saw one website thread said it was the blower motor resistor, just trying to find out for sure.

Fuse 2 in the junction block. (fuse block on the side of the dash.) 10 amp. Also for the blower motor. So, if the blower motor runs, that means the fuse is good.

Default Solved

I believe there is a loose wire, when I removed items in passenger side floor the heat came back and the sir bag light came back on.
