No running lights

No running lights

I have a 97 dodge ram 1500, i have no running lights at all. I have brake lights but no running. I have a trailer light connection that i'm going to take out maybe that will fix the problem? Any ideas?

Dash lights?

I do have headlights but no dash lights. Which i was told a new switch might fix.
