Oil Sender on its way out?
On the highway, get into the neighborhood and park, but don't put it in park yet, then the oil light starts flickering, but the guage reads as normal at idle, about 35 or so. Rev it and it goes away, as well when it's in park and neutral as it idles higher.
Same thing tonight when I get home, only did it once though tonight, once I revved it it went away.
While I was on my way home, normally when cruising at 70 on the highway, my oil pressure is at 40, but when I was on my way today, it went down to around 30-33 on the guage. As soon as I upshifted it returned to normal and didn't do it again. Would my sender be on its way out?

Only way to know for sure is to unscrew the sender and hook up an oil pressure gauge.

So either that, or you can just try replacing the sender and see if it resolves the issue. Back when mine failed, I ran a bottle of Motor Medic motor flush through the engine, just in case there was a sludge issue going on. It was the sender though as the oil pressure tested fine.
