Default 46re was working now isnt

Okay, I searched and I checked a few things like the fluid level, cable, and all my plugs. The Trans did work fine. No slips or anything. It starTed leaking so I pulled it and put a new front pump kit in it. Now it won't move at all. Any ideas. Sorry if this has been answered some where but I didn't see anything in my searches

Check fluid level in neutral. Park will give you an artificially high reading.

Has it worked at all since the pump replacement?

Welcome to DF!

Yes, I checked it in neutral with it up to temp. It hasn't worked since the pump was fixed. I also put a new filter in. It has to be something I did I just don't know what

Did the torque converter properly engage the 'dogs' on the pump to drive it?

You could prolly get a gauge from the local parts store, and pressure test it.... Procedure is in the service manual. (get your here.)

Also I don't know if it helps but the rpm won't go over 3k in any gear including park. Could it possibly be that it just happened to crap out at the time I thought I was fixing it haha

Anything is possible.

It would bind a bit, but, would go back together. Might make some odd noises... one would think, and, it'll smoke the pump in short order.
