I turn the key to start the glow plugs and everything works fine. All lights work and everything. Turn the key to turn it over and nothing happens. It doesn't even try to turn. I hear a click every time I try up in the fuse box which I believe is the starter relay. I even bought a new one of those to see if that was the problem. Took the starter out to have it tested and it runs great. Not getting any juice to the little bolt and wire that is connected to the starter. I also can't push in the break real easy but that doesn't matter because it is letting me change gears even without touching the break which isn't right. It won't start in neutral either. I have asked around and nobody knows what is going on. this is the last resort before I load it up. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 

Blown fuse? Are you getting power TO the relay?

 

so.... you need to make sure your battery connections are clean, maybe even get your battery tested. Also check your starter for loose connections or corroded wires. You say not getting juice at the starter I'm assuming you checked it with your multi meter????

 

And did a load test on the battery?

 

Check for continuity through the main starter wire, which he's from the battery to the relay, and then from the relay to the starter. Set the multimeter on the lawest ohms setting, and then check the wire. If you get a reading anywhere not near zero, replace it. Reading that are fine are like .14 or something like that. If you get 24.3 then youall know it's bad. I've seen some of these wires just rot out on the inside. It's rare, but can happen.
