I recently replaced my AC compressor, and in doing so had to remove the hold down bolt for the water pump metal pipe (that holds down the pipe with the metal tab). Naturally, the metal pipe got moved just a little in this little operation. Now it looks like I have a slight from the water pump metal tube as verified with a coolant pressure tester. In looking at a couple of archived articles, it looks like some of the fixes range from a new larger o-ring to buying a new pipe to putting some sealant around that area.
Advice? For what it's worth, my brother in law tried to apply some blue RTV sealant to a small area (kinda a half butt job) but didn't seem to seal it up.

Buy a new tube and o ring. It's the inlet tube for the heater hose. They rust and rot overtime, and if moved will ruin that o ring and its seal between the tube and pump.

That are a pita to get out as they push in, and get heard to take out when it begins to rot. If It hasent been done, a new water pump may be benifical. Then you don't have to fight with the tube.
If you decide to do a water pump, depending on how many mikes you have on the truck, a timing chain may be a good choice too, as you will be halfway there. But don't go in there just for the chain. Do it with the pump if you decide to do it.
