Default 01 Dodge Ram 3500 security system

I have a 01 3500 I just put a 99 block in with the 01 electric hook up. I had locked my truck and unlocked it with the key and the security system went off I have unplugged the batteries, unlocked the truck with the key, tried unplugging fuses and re plugging. I don't have the factory key for the truck either. Any ideas of why it won't shut off? Or what could I do to get it shut off?
Thanks

Factory key is no different than a key you have made for it at places like Wal-Mart. There is no chip in the key for anything to read.

Do you have a key fob for the alarm?

May have to get one...... The security system can be really annoying. I *think* there is a way to disable it, should be in the owners manual... No clue where to find one though.
