Where did you get the computer? What year truck was it for? Did the no bus come up right away?

since it's telling you "no bus" "again" you have a bad connection or shorted/broken wire somewhere. start checking your entire harness for damage and loose connections. no idea of the condition of the vehicle... any accidents or major repairs like rebuilding or replacing the engine? if accident check the main portions of the harness in those areas, if engine same thing. don't worry so much about the sensors or injectors, just the fat parts of the harness and any wires between modules. obviously if you see damaged wires or connectors anywhere you'll want to fix them. also depending on the circumstances it could just be a bad obd2 port. i think dorman sells a repair kit for our trucks with a new port and pigtails. i ran across it on rock auto.
