I have a 98 ram with a 3" suspension and 3" body lift. I recently bought it but the play in the steering is horrible. It feels like the front end just goes where it wants when driving too. Anyone know what the problem might be?

 

You are going to have to inspect the steering, and find the slop. Might be anything at all. Have a friend help. Makes life a lot easier.

 

Start with adjusting the steering box and the rock solid ram steering fix.
