I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 sport 2wd 147k miles. Throwing a P1763 P1762. In drive i can floor it and it is slow picking up speed. But can drop it in 1st gear and picks up speed fine shift into 2nd dpesnt do anything rpms dont drop shift in to drive and it's fine. Come to a stop take off from drive it is slow picking up speed. Again. Will this fix the issue

Probably. I would be tempted to just go with the fluid/filter/bandadjustment/solenoids, and call it a day. Skip the output speed sensor, and check the spring.
