Default 1995 running light problems

I have a 95 dodge 1500 360. I was driving when I had a deer take out my headlight and blinker/running light, the wires and bulbs got wet at the same time. I replaced the bulbs and now the headlight and blinker work but the blinker wont function as a running light. This is all on the drivers side front. Any ideas on how to make it function again?

Need to find out why the light isn't coming on. Did a wire get cut? Do you have the correct bulb?

Yes, it's the same bulb, i don't think any wires got cut just soaked with water. I can get it to strictly function as a blinker but it won't stay on as a running light.

I tried different light bulbs as well. Only as a blinker.

And of course it is the one cleverly concealed behind the battery.

Going to have to pull it out somewhere you can see it, and then check for power and ground.
