Default 97 1500 5.2 220k Time for a rebuild? Suggestions..best way to spend $

I have already begun a light restoration project. Ready to invest a bit more on this Ram.

Motor runs solid, burns some oil heats up going over high passes..

Transmission shifts very smooth, must have been replaced at some point.

Interior is nice, I put a new dash, steering wheel windshield, headliner and had the arm rest and driver seat reupholstered

I know the old adage if it's not broke don't fix it..I took it to the Big Island and it ran great! This winter I want to take it down to Baja and need it to be dependable..Below is a list of what I have already done..

All 8 Freeze plug replaced
New Timing chain,
New Starter,
New Spark plugs & wires
New Front Brakes
Fuel Pump
Cam Sensor
Serviced front differential-replaced fluid
Serviced Rear Differential-replaced fluid
Serviced Transfer case replaced fluid
Serviced transmission Dropped pan, replaced filter ATF synthetic fluid
Replaced thermostat
Installed Water wetter
Replaced Fan Clutch Assembly
Replaced steering stabilizer shock
Replaced Left and right Sway Bar link
Replaced outer tire rod
Removed sway bar bushings and lubed with tech one
Replaced Right and left front Axles
Cold air intake
5 New Tires
4 wheel alignment
Fuel System flush

Was thinking to remove stock manifolds for headers, remove the catalytic converter for better breathing..

Seats, what years will fit without modifications..would like some bucket seats and get rid of the old ones..

Suspension.. time for some upgrades..

Rebuild top end of motor?

Open to all and any suggestions..

on a side note, in my 20's I worked as a salesman at a Dodge dealership and sold New Second generation Rams and made a great living..So I am very fond of this year Ram..
I put in a Second Deep cycle battery to run a 2000wt inverter

Seats from 94 to 97 will bolt right in.

Don't bother rebuilding the stock heads, just replace them. (with better castings.....)

Go with shorty headers, they build more low-end torque.

1.7 ratio harland sharp roller rockers are a nice upgrade too.
