Alright yall my bumper sags like this on both sides leaving an ugly gap on both sides. Anyone know how to fix this? Also, will a sport bumper bolt right up to my truck? Thinkin about doin a swap.

 

Look inside the wheel well and you'll see plastic buttons that attach the black cover to the gray piece. Remove these, lift the black trim back level and secure with zip ties. You'll notice a row of teeth that grab the trim.
I did this about 12 years ago and still looks new. Kind of funny, haven't heard this question since about 2005.

 

To fix it you have to put a floorjack under the bumper.Loosen all of the bolts to the frame and bumper,then watch as you jack the gape close.WHEN IT LOOKS ok RE-TIGHTEN ALL THE BOLTS. EXTRA SET OF HANDS HELPS.

 

An extra set of hands really helps. I think it's only 6 bolts that hold the bumper on and it is able to move a lot when you crack them loose. I had to straighten mine out when I pumped a guard rail a couple winters ago.

A sport bumper will bolt up but it'll have a gap under the grille because the sport grille dips down into the bumper a little.
