P done?

P done?
So I go out to move my truck and it will not start, it just keeps cranking. I turn the key off, turn it back on and a message comes up where the mileage normally is that says "P done" and it still is just cranking no start. I cycle the key one more time and it starts right up like nothing ever happened. It's never done this before, I thought it was a little strange. Anyone else have this happen before? It is a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 318 5 speed. It has the 87 octane tune from a superchip's flashpaq.
Thanks,
Frank

I think that implies there are no codes stored.... The "key dance" (cycling the key on-off-on-off-on) supposedly displays codes. P-done is the end of message.
Intermittents are fun... It may just be a one time thing, or, it may happen again. If it happens again, you need to be prepared to check for what's missing. Spark is easiest to check for. Just have another spark plug you can plug in, and see if it's firing. (ground it good somewhere.... helps to have two people as well, though, that isn't always possible.)
