Fuel pump module? Just the whole fuel pump assembly? Lol.. Last time I order a $75 ebay speical

And that's why you now get to replace it again. Yes, the pump module can be expensive, but, how often to you want to have to drop the tank? You want a Denso, or Delphi fuel pump, skip the air-tec, or any other off brands. They simply don't last.

Default Hey

I took the box off my pickup, New fuel pump came in today BUT.. I only have 10.3 volts with key on going to the harness and 12.7 going to the relay.. Is this normal? Would think it should have 12vdc at the pump also..

Some voltage drop is pretty normal, you could try swapping the relay with another one, and see if it improves at all.
