Default my mexican 96 ram... help

Hi guys, i recently acquired a 1996 ram 2500, i live in mexico so my ram is mexican model as well, here are some things about my ram you should know before i get to the point on this thread

it is a 5.9 gas Ram but...although is a 1996, my truck came out factory with the old tbi system, so it is not a mpfi
it has a 3 speed automatic tranny
no one has been able to figure out the vin, no even at the mexican dealership. they don't have records of that model on the computer and i am having trouble getting the parts because in the parts store their catalog shows a modern configuration instead of the old one.

this is my vin 3B7HC2672TM111967

NOW TO THE POINT.-
i found out the factory alarm module ( under the center seat ) still works, it has only one connector and when connected the horn sounds and the lights start flashing. so i went to eBay and got a factory key fob ( because i didn't have one ) but i am having problem getting it programmed. is there anybody here who could help me with this issue ?
went to 3 locksmiths and say its too old for their equipment, and the dealership has no idea about the truck. here are some pics of the module

No clue if this will work or not.... But, give this procedure a shot. Let us know if it works.

Not surprising......

Seems everyone and their cousin has a different procedure though. I googled "96 dodge ram key fob programming", and came up with a long list of possibilities...... Give it a shot, you may get lucky.

Does the local dealer still have manuals for your truck? There may have been some supplement or other dealing with keyless entry/alarm systems.

See if you can look up the part # on the module. You may be able to get some info that way. I wonder if the module is used in the same gen rams as in the states or it is old equipment such as the tbi that came from the 80's/90's?
