I have a set of coated JBA shorty headers on my truck that I found used on my local craigslist. They fit perfectly and the coating still looks great. I highly recommend them.

Do you think they helped your trucks performance?

I suspect they did, however, its hard to quantify how much, as I made quite a few changes at the same time (3" hi-flow single exhaust system, etc.). Those coated headers certainly did bring down under hood temperatures while the motor is running.
