hey guys
back in the winter...my system went out.
eventually found out it was the relay under the hood...replaced it.
same tab on that relay keeps going out? relay gets really hot !
replace it...same prob in a couple weeks.

for someone "electrically challenged"...think I can find the prob myself ?

ideas ?

Which terminal is getting hot?

 

There probably is a connection issue(resistance) with one of the female terminals. You will have to replace it or you keep having the same issue. Sort of like the headlight plugs on the 2500/3500's.
