Default Shorty headers question

Found a good deal on stainless shorty headers. My question is; since they have only 2 inch collectors, would they actually be worth putting on?
97 5.9 sst, other than ignition system, bone stock from the throttle body to the oil drain plug.

Pretty much all of the shorty headers come with 2" collector ends, so that they can bolt-up to the stock Y-pipe, which is also 2". You will be just fine.
