Default How can I fit 15x10 ?

Hey Y'all.

New here so sorry if there was a better place to start this thread. I have a 1994 2WD with a 5.2L. I want to fit some M/T 15x10 -45 offset 3.7 backspace wrapped in 33"x12.5". I was planning on using 2" wheel spacers. Could I run this set up with a 2" coil spacer or is that just not going to work? Any and all advice is appreciated!!

Thanks!!!!

Wheel spacers are a really bad idea, especially with oversize tires. Not to mention with the short backspacing, plus spacers..... those are gonna stick out a ways. You *might* be able to fit them without spacers..... just do a bit of grinding on the calipers. (and maybe shorten the studs on the tie-rod ends.)

2" spacers should give you enough room for 'em, until you hit a hard bump. Even then, you may be fine.

I was going to use the wheel spacers for like an aggressive stance look. I really don't want to cut up my calipers and tie rod ends. How bad are the spacers gonna be for my truck?

Depends on how long it takes them to break...... So far as I am concerned, they are simply unsafe. You are giving all those side loads a longer lever arm to work on things like lug studs, bearings, etc. The weakest link will go first..... generally, that's the lugs. Having a front tire abandon you in a corner at freeway speeds has a tendency to prove fatal.

Not to mention that having your tires stick out that far, might even be illegal...... I know cops around her get unfriendly about that. (when they are bored.....)

At the very least, it is going to cause your front wheel bearings to wear MUCH faster. But, you have easily replaceable bearings in front, so, may not be as much of an issue for you.

Well the way I look it it is how much damage is the wreck going to do when the wheel comes off. Safety over looks any day
I didn't use my center caps with the new wheels because dodge is hub centric that means the hub fits the rim with out the centric rings The lug stud would be carrying all the load clearly not safe. I've seen them twist off
