Default headlights, ground or power trigger??

Hey everyone
I need a lil help. I have a 1996 dodge ram 1500 that I recently bought projector headlights for switching it from one headlight system to dual H1 headlight system. Having some problems. When I turn on the parking lights the led strips and halos glow and my factory fog lights come on. When I turn on the headlights the factory fog lights go off and everything on the headlights come on leds, halos, high beam, low beam. Dash high beam indicator is always on no matter which way I switch it.
Found a website that makes custom wiring harnesses and the guy is asking me if the headlights are ground or power triggered, anyone know? Ive no clue. Not even sure if having this made would cure the problem, its driving me nuts. Apologies if this is covered somewhere but I searched and couldnt find it. Thanks for reading and helping in advance.

Looks like the switch provides power to the headlights.

Yes and the fog lights are triggered by a ground. The fog lights will go off when on high beam. If you are going to run duel H1's i would suggest using a relay to power them. The headlight switch has been known to heat up and melt the connector behind it.
