Default Rear end assembly
ok, I have an 01 Dodge Ram 1500 off-road 5.9L 4x4
my rear end went out and the gears are stuck.
Wondering what rear end I have I've heard Dana 60 or 40
The two tags read 4.10 and 1820 can anyone help me out on what rear end I have.

Should be a Chrysler 9.25 with 4.10 gears.

Haha, neither! Where'd you hear this stuff? 2bit is right. The front of 1500s is a Dana 44, rear is corporate 9.25.
