Any recommendations on caliper brand, place to purchase from?

A quick search lead me to thinking about the raybestos calipers from summit.
I take it it went back to its old behavior?

I don't think the name on the calipers really matters overmuch. I just pick 'em up at the local store.

I have not touched it yet since bringing it home, except for confirming that the rears were adjusted compared to what I brought it in at after doing the rears all new, e brake only goes down about 1 1/2" now, went further before and the brakes weren't dragging. I need to adjust the rear and adjust the switch when I do the calipers and hoses. I will report back when done, hopefully with good news.

Luckily, my wife has been off and so I have the family car to drive

(No, its not a Malibu, or Impala)

Update:

Well, I recently re-adjusted the rears and got the brake light switch "adjusted" correctly, no more rear brakes dragging, and the lights don't stay on constantly now.

Apparently, the shop that did work on the truck replaced one of my lug nuts with another, non-matching lug and different size socket required, so that's great..

I got some new power stop calipers, fluid, brake cleaner and new vacuum bleeder and was going to change them out today, and I found that the passenger side wheel bearing/hub is toast. Link to vid below.

Finally found a socket and got the bearing hub off, picking up a replacement tomorrow.

I have a very small weeping leaking of diff fluid now, is this normal? or did I possibly mess up a seal or something?

EDIT: Possibly just from me moving the axle around, seems to have pretty much stopped dripping now that I have moved it back inwards, and supported the u joint to try to keep things straight.

Yeah, that's pretty normal. Put it back together, and just pay attention to it for a while.

I got the bearing/hub replaced and put the new calipers on, reused old rotors and pads. I let them gravity bleed for about 30 min, and then bled each side with an assistant pushing the pedal. Fluid flowed well both times and is like new looking coming out. I believe I am getting a good bleed, the pedal firms up nicely, my daughter got a leg workout yesterday lol. I am able to say the power stop calipers are nice, come with new copper washers, they fit well and look nice, not that anyone will see them on my truck.

When the truck is not running the pedal is firm after only a few pumps and only moves a little(less than 3/4" I'd say) and stays that way. Then if the truck is started the pedal gets soft, going much further down, near the floor.

Just to recap, things done in order(not including inspections, or bleeding):
(by me:
Replaced master
Replaced rear shoes, drums, springs, wheel cylinders

(at shop:
Leaking( I think damaged on removal by me) rear driver side hard line replaced
Replaced master x2
Replaced booster

(by me:
Adjusted rears so they were not dragging
Adjusted brake light switch
Replaced front passenger bearing/hub assembly
Replaced calipers

I tried my vacuum bleeder, but couldn't get a good seal even with some grease around the bleeder, I will probably try to bleed it a little more with a helper before giving up(again), not sure what else to try honestly.

Any suggestions appreciated.
