Default dodge 2500 air conditioner

Lets see where do i begin. I have a 1997 dodge ram 2500 v10. I have recently been working on the air. I have changed every thing condenser evaporator compressor orfice tube accumulator. I mean everything and still i have a high pressure side normal and a low pressure side high. I know that i flushed it and its oil is perfect.I HAVE PUT THE 1.75 LBS The under hood sticker specifies. I rev it to 1500 rpms and both pressures go up.I have never seen anything like it and yes i am certified air.

Did you evacuate it before you put in the Freon?

Did you pull a vacuum on the system prior to charging it and ensure there are no leaks?
