Default Crankshaft positioning sensor

How long does it say in the book does it to change the crankshaft positioning sensor on a 97 Ram 1500 V8?

Its two bolts, and an electrical connector. What makes the job a major pain, is where it's at. Behind the passenger side head. You can see it, or, you can touch it. But, you aren't going to be able to do both at the same time.

Don't know. Took me about 30-45 minutes. There are no online LTGs.

Its easiest (at least, it was for me...) to take off the air filter housing, stuff a rag into the throttle body, lay a board from the radiator support, to the throttle body, lay on that, and change the sensor. I tried from underneath, but, that was a real bear.

Great idea I'll try that thank you very much also got it setup on an extension and a swivel with a little drill so it shouldn't be too bad

If i remember correctly one bolt was easier to remove(or loosen) from below and the other was up top.

So I guess the next question is before I go out there here in a few minutes what size are they or what Allen head size do I use I have one that'll go on the end of a drive and then up to the top where I can use the screw gun on it but just what size are they the bolts anyways
